Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

  Pack With Care

  Securely pack the lighting fixtures in their original box with all mounting hardware and instructions to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
